*Due to COVID-19 all shipping companies are taking longer than normal to be delivered. Once taken by the carrier we are only able to give you the information we receive from them.
How fast do you ship out my order?
Orders will be shipped 2-4 business days from the time of purchase for ready to ship products. Custom orders will be shipped within 6 weeks from the purchase date. Preordered products will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of the preorder close date.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on weight.
- Under 1lb- $4.50
- Over 1b- $8.50
What is your ship time?
Transit time to you is based on your location from North Louisiana. Transit time is usually no longer than 5-6 business days.
Lost packages
Once a package is dropped off at the post office, we cannot issue refunds or file missing or damaged claims. You will need to contact the shipper with your tracking number and file the claim yourself. However if there is a problem we are always willing to help you out to the best of our abilities.
